We allow you to return all new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging for a refund (less any shipping cost we may have incurred).
* This free shipping policy applies to products shipped via freight to the contiguous 48 states. PatioWow reserves the right to select delivery type (parcel or freight), carrier, and service level of each shipment. In the event of freight shipments, shipping includes curb-side delivery and lift gate service. If there are special considerations for curb-side delivery (ex: hard to reach areas or a rooftop location, etc), these special considerations will require an additional fee and are not included in regular shipping. Our shipping policy does not apply to items that require you to call for pricing.
Our in-stock orders will probably take about 7-14 business days before customer delivery. Direct shipments are made to continental U.S. locations only. Special shipping provisions will apply to shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, as outlined below.
PatioWow does not charge shipping on items with a free shipping indicated on them in our website when shipped to US locations, except for Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping, and the customer is responsible for all duties and tariffs on shipments to those states.
We may use FedEx or UPS for smaller items, and larger items will go freight. We reserve the right to choose which freight company carries your shipment. We do not, however, control the shipping companies (freight or FedEx). Once a shipment is out of our, and in the hands of the shipper, we cannot change destination addresses, nor make a delivery happen on a certain day. We can only approximate delivery times. We only have the information the shippers makes available to us. Please note, that our staff would like to have more control over shipments so that we may ensure a great customer service experience.
All shipments, unless otherwise noted, are curb-side deliveries. All larger shipments, shipped using a freight carrier, require a signature on delivery. If you decide to authorize the shipping company to leave the shipment without a signature, PatioWow cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages that may occur.
Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional shipping fees. This applies to Free Shipping and regular shipping orders. If this is the case with your order, a Customer Service representative will contact you to notify you of any additional charges.
It is the customers responsibility to notify us of any issues with this type of delivery during purchase. PatioWow is not responsible for shipping costs on goods not delivered due to a shipping companies inability to deliver to a location. Some circumstances may include but are not limited to: dirt or gravel roads, narrow roads, and vacant locations. In-home delivery is not implied , or offered without additional fees, and may not necessarily be available even if the customer is willing to pay more for it.
We do ship to APO/FPO addresses, such shipments are subject to USPS dimensions, weight, and content restrictions. If we cannot ship to your APO/FPO address, we will contact you. APO/FPO shipments may be subject to additional shipping charges. If additional shipping fee apply, we will contact you to inform you of the fees and give you an option to adjust your shipping address.
If an order is returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. Larger items that must ship freight require the shippe to contact the customer prior to delivery. If the product is returned because the freight company could not contact the customer, this will be considered a standard return, and the order will be subject to our return policies.
Shipping Outside of the Continental U.S.
All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via A Shipping Company of our selection, and will require an individual quote. Upon phone orders, you will be notified of the additional shipping before you finish your order. Website orders, a customer service representative will contact you after your order is complete with the additional shipping charges.
